- All orders over $50.00 are shipped free anywhere in the continental United States. Orders under $50.00 are charged a $7.50 per cart flat shipping rate. Most orders will be received in 2-4 days (not including day you ordered the product).

- Returns & Replacements
- Merchandise purchased from Toner Giant can be returned for a refund or exchanged for up to one year from the purchase date. Any product over 3 months may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Written authorization is required prior to returning any items for refund and/or replacement.
- Any written authorization for return/replacement is valid for 30 days from date of issue. If applicable, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the merchandise. These pre-paid labels will be provided by Toner Giant for shipping errors and defective products only.
- What Payment Methods Does Toner Giant Accept?
- Toner Giant accepts; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit card payments. We also accept Paypal, checks, money order and purchase orders. Please note that if your purchasing with a check, money orders or a purchase order; we ask that you proceed normally through the website checkout process. Once your website transaction has been completed, one of our customer service agents will contact you via telephone to complete your order.
- Viewing Orders
- Go to the My Account page of this website and log in with the username and password chosen when you purchased from our website. This section of our website will list all your orders.
- Canceling An Order
- We cannot cancel or make changes to orders once they have been placed. If you do not wish to receive your order, please refuse the package at the time of delivery and we will credit your account once we receive the returned package.
